Soft suede leather enhances the natural vibe of the iconic Arizona Sandal. The design is transformed by sophisticated details; Owens chose to extend the straps of the sandals, allowing them to almost brush the ground. The shoe and the buckles are in matte-finish Drkshdw––a color that has been a constant in Owens‘ collections for decades. To create the hue, the designer experimented with khaki fabrics, dyeing them black and bleaching them before overdyeing. The result is a distinctive shade that further enhances the natural character of this classic BIRKENSTOCK style.
